We currently deliver across India. If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will notify you and offer alternative arrangements.

Shipping Charges

We offer **FREE shipping** on all prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for select locations with nominal shipping charges.

Order Processing Time

We try to dispatch orders as quickly as possible:
- Orders placed before 1 PM on working days are typically dispatched the same day
- Orders placed after 1 PM or on weekends/holidays will be dispatched the next working day
- Order preparation typically takes 24-48 hours

Delivery Timelines

Once your order is dispatched, delivery times vary based on your location:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote locations may take longer, depending on courier availability

Please note that delivery times are approximate and may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Discreet Packaging

Your privacy is our priority. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no mention of the product or brand name on the exterior. The billing descriptor on your credit card or bank statement will also be generic.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment in real-time.

Delivery Issues

If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us immediately at support@kamayantraa.com with photos of the product and packaging within 24 hours of delivery.

We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving any delivery issues.

Address Changes

You can change your shipping address before your order is dispatched by contacting us at help@kamayantraa.com. Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot modify the delivery address.

Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to non-acceptance, incorrect address, or failure to collect, return shipping charges will apply before processing any refund.
