Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of order placement, provided your order hasn't been shipped. If your order ships before it can be canceled, you're welcome to initiate a return as long as the original packaging has not been opened.

If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us immediately at help@kamayantraa.com with your Order ID.

Return Policy

Unfortunately, given the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept the return of items that have been opened, part-consumed, or used. We are able to accept returns or offer refunds in the following circumstances:

Manufacturing Defects: If a product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no charge. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt for assistance.

Unopened Products: If you wish to return an unopened product, please submit a return request within 48 hours of receipt of the package, and be sure to include your Order ID.

To verify the condition of the product, we may need you to share images or video. If approved, we will reach out to you to initiate the refund/exchange process.

While we are happy to arrange a return/refund, we will ask you to cover all shipping costs (Rs. 50 for initial shipment and Rs. 100 for return shipment and processing).

What Do I Get When I Return a Product?

You will either get a refund amount (less shipping costs) back to the original payment method you used or a gift card in the form of store credit. You can specify which you would prefer.

How Long Does It Take to Get a Refund?

Once your returned item has been received at our fulfillment center, it will be checked by our quality team. If the return is approved, we will let you know via email.

Please allow up to 15 days from the day we approve a returned item for the refund to be received into your account. The length of time for the refund is also dependent on bank processing times.
